Tracks cross-event VIP seating history for a Contact and surfaces repeat/new pairing signals directly in the seating planner, so staff can see who a VIP has sat with at past events while assigning this event's seating.

Locked for every tenant today

Enforcement requires three things to all be true: the beta flag on, the underlying Salesforce object mapped in your org, and the feature's own registry lock cleared. That third lock is intentionally hardcoded off for every tenant right now — turning the beta flag on by itself has no effect yet.
